2. Analytics (Cookie-less Umami)

The Umami Cloud service is used to track visitor statistics. Umami's cookie-less approach produces the daily unique visitor count without writing a cookie, using a one-way (irreversible) hash of the IP address. The hashes are reset every day. The collected data is limited to fully anonymous page views, country, browser, and referrer; it does not contain personal data.

3. Third-Party Cookies (Only Upon Interaction)

The following third-party services use their own cookies and storage areas only when you use the relevant feature:

3.1. Calendly

• When you click the Calendly appointment button and fill out the form, the calendly.com domain sets cookies (session, anti-bot verification, meeting time zone).
• Calendly LLC (USA) is subject to its own privacy policy: calendly.com/legal.
• These cookies are third-party; they cannot be read by serteser.com.tr.

3.2. Cloudflare Turnstile (potential)

• For spam protection, Cloudflare Turnstile is permitted in the CSP policy. When activated, a temporary verification cookie is used by challenges.cloudflare.com.

4. Local Storage (localStorage / sessionStorage)

The site does not write any personal data to the user's browser local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage).

5. Managing Your Preferences

You can block third-party cookies from your browser settings. If you block them:

• The site content does not change (static content is not affected).
• You may not be able to use the Calendly appointment form (alternatively, you can write directly by email).

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated. When a significant change occurs, the update date is refreshed. Relevant parties with an active consulting relationship are notified by email.
